Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a driver at El Camino Real in Webster, TX on August 13th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 9:45 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Equinox was northbound at or above posted speeds on El Camino Real before leaving its lane of travel for unclear reasons. Upon doing so, reports say the vehicle collided with a nearby wooden electrical pole before coming to rest. The driver, identified as 39-year-old Eugenio Rodriguez Mancera, was fatally injured. Authorities did not have any additional information available.
