Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at US 79 in Leon County, TX on September 22nd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:18 p.m. A Ford F-250 operated by 43-year-old Evan Dale Fuller reportedly veered from the road while headed southbound on US 79. It then sideswiped trees and overturned several times, causing Fuller serious injuries. Responding officers allege that Fuller admitted to falling asleep at the wheel and suspect he had been drinking prior to the crash.
