Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at TX 171 in Limestone County, TX on December 4th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 12:22 a.m. A Lincoln MKZ operated by 43-year-old Favian Molina was reportedly headed northwest on TX 171 when it veered from its lane. Investigators say it veered into a deep ditch before resting upright off the road. Molina suffered serious injuries int he collision and records indicate a charge of Failure to Drive in Single Lane was recommended and/or issued.
