Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at FM 90 and Bar-Ten Ln in Kaufman County, TX on July 8th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 1:02 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Grand Cherokee operated by 32-year-old Felicia Jones was reportedly taking a curve at the road when it crossed into a southbound travel lane. It then went through a barrow ditch before hitting a fence and tree., partially overturning. Jones suffered serious injuries in the crash. Reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was recommended and/or issued.
