Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Perrin-Beitel Rd in San Antonio, TX on August 31st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:24 a.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Silverado headed southbound is said to have collided with a Dodge Ram 1500 attempting to make a left turn into a parking lot nearby.
