What Happened

Officials in Austin, TX, are investigating a fatal crash that occurred on February 15, 2025, at approximately 8:00 p.m. on the southbound frontage road of Interstate 35 near mile marker 237. According to investigators, a 2017 Honda passenger car traveling south collided with the rear of a Ford F-150 in the same lane, causing significant damage. Authorities confirmed that the crash resulted in the death of the 22-year-old driver of the Honda, identified as Fiona Adams,  at the scene. The 30-year-old driver of the F-150 sustained minor injuries, while his two passengers, a 29-year-old female and a 34-year-old male, were reportedly uninjured.  Additional information was not available.
