Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured several people at I-40 in Oldham County, TX on November 9th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer headed westbound on I-40 collided with a Honda Pilot. Reports indicate the Honda had been headed eastbound in the westbound lanes after turning from the Frontage Road. The collision left two children in the Honda seriously injured and a third child with less serious injuries, reports say. Reports also say the two drivers had minor injuries and allege the Honda operator may have been under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash. Additional information was not available.
