Reports indicate the Ford was slowing due to a stalled Nissan Altima. Police say the impact pushed the vehicle into the stopped Nissan, leaving 69-year-old driver, Flor Salinas, seriously injured. The other drivers were allegedly uninjured and the driver of the Tahoe was allegedly cited for Unsafe Speed.
