Authorities are investigating a collision that injured four people at State Hwy 96 and Anders Ln in League City, TX on May 23rd, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:04 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC Acadia headed eastbound is alleged to have failed to yield right of way before turning left on a solid yellow turn arrow. The vehicle is said to have collided with a westbound Chevrolet Tahoe, the impact seriously injuring a 12-year-old passenger in the Tahoe. The driver of both vehicles as well as a 12-year-old passenger in the GMC both had minor injuries, police say. Sources indicate the driver of the GMC was cited for Failure to Yield Row Turning Left.
