State Police are investigating a crash that injured a person at Pearl St and Norvic St in Houston, TX on July 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 11:46 a.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 50-year-old Cypress man was headed eastbound when, while reversing, it collided with a Mazda 626 operated by 85-year-old Francisca Junco. Junco suffered serious injuries. The other driver was not injured and charged with Backing Without Safety.
