What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials have identified the person killed in a collision at I-27 near Plainview, TX on January 22nd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 5 a.m. Investigators allege 56-year-old Frank Castro was walking on the west side of the road and began crossing eastbound on foot before he was struck by a passing vehicle.
