Lubbock Police are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at North Milwaukee Ave in Lubbock, TX on September 11th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:32 p.m. 28-year-old Frank Tello was reportedly walking in the roadway when he was struck by a passing Toyota.
