Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a pedestrian at State Hwy 191 in Midland County, TX on July 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:39 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-350 headed westbound is said to have veered left while attempting to avoid colliding with an individual in or near the roadway.
