Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Will Clayton Pkwy and June Forest Dr in Atascocita, TX on May 7th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. Investigators allege a motorcycle collided with the rear of a minivan. The motorcyclist was headed westbound on Will Clayton when it collided with the van turning onto June Forest Dr. The cyclist, identified as 30-year-old Frederick Fox III, died at the scene. The driver of the van, identified as Diana Soto, was alleged to be under the influence and reports indicate a Driving While Intoxicated charge was issued.
