Authorities are investigating a crash that killed a person at Plano Pkwy in Plano, TX on May 24th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 10:24 p.m. According to investigators, a Cadillac XTS headed eastbound on East Plano Pkwy before making contact with a pedestrian allegedly crossing the road at Franc Dr. Reports say the Cadillac made a u-turn and located a 44-year-old Garland man, who had been struck by the vehicle.
