State Highway Patrol officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at State Hwy 71 and FM 609 in La Grange, TX on July 6th, 2022. Police say the incident happened 6:34 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by 46-year-old Ovidio Trevino was headed westbound on Hwy 71 Business when it performed a right turn from an incorrect lane into the path of a motorcycle operated by 53-year-old George Albert Munoz. Munoz suffered serious injuries after the vehicles collided. Trevino was not injured and reports indicate a Turned from Wrong Lane charge was recommended and/or issued.
