Harris County Police are investigating a crash that killed a person at SW Fwy in Harris County, TX on September 13th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 3 a.m. A vehicle operated by a suspected intoxicated woman, identified as Diana Monterroza, reportedly ran a red light and collided with another vehicle. The driver of the vehicle that was struck, Geovanny Neito, suffered fatal injuries. A passenger in the vehicle, Stephany Vasquez, suffered serious injuries. Monterozza was arrested on an Intoxication Assault charge.
