Authorities are investigating a crash that injured at least two people at State Hwy 302 in Ector County, TX on April 30th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:50 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer is alleged to have proceeding through an intersection before allegedly failing to yield and colliding with a Toyota Tundra. Authorities say the driver of the Toyota, identified as 74-year-old Gerald Gower, was seriously injured. A 72-year-old passenger had non-life-threatening injuries. Sources indicate a Failure to Yield Row charge was recommended and/or issued against the tractor-trailer operator.
