What Happened

Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at TX 180 in Arlington, TX on October 1st, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10:58 p.m. A Ford F-150 operated by 35-year-old Gregory Miramontes is accused of failing to yield and turning into the path of a Dodge Journey that had a green traffic signal light. The Journey driver, 39-year-old Ginger Cain, suffered serious injuries in the collision. Her 1-year-old passenger suffered minor injuries as did Miramontes and his 33-year-old female passenger. Police charged Miramontes with Intoxication Assault.
