Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Dallas North Tollway in Dallas, TX on April 20th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 12:05 a.m. According to investigators, a Mercedes-Benz C Class was southbound on the tollway before allegedly failing to control its speed and colliding with a Dodge Dart. Following the collision, reports say the Mercedes-Benz traveled across multiple lanes of traffic before entering onto a shoulder, striking a disabled Honda, which was previously involved in a collision with the Dodge. Authorities say the driver of the Honda, identified as 35-year-old Glieber Rodriguez Lopez, was seriously injured. Reports also say the Dodge operator was uninjured while the Mercedes-Benz operator was also seriously injured and cited for Failure to Control Speed. Additional information was not available.
