What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Eldorado Pkwy in Denton, TX on July 4th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 11:12 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet Tahoe operated by a 44-year-old Dallas man is alleged to have failed to yield while pilling out of a gas station lot. The vehicle is said to have pulled into the path of a Honda Odyssey operated by a 29-year-old woman. A passenger in the Tahoe, identified as 49-year-old Gloria Morazan, suffered suspected serious injuries. Other passengers, including  22-year-old Bryan Morazan, were evaluated for possible injuries. The driver was not injured, according to police, and authorities recommended and/or issued a DWI charge.
