Police say the incident happened around 12:32 p.m. A commercial tractor-trailer operated by 25-year-old Nuevo Laredo, Mexico man reportedly performed an improper turn and collided with a Hyundai Elantra operated by 65-year-old Graciela Ortiz Cardenas. Cardenas suffered minor injuries and her passenger was evaluated for possible injuries. The other driver was not injured and cited for making an Improper Turn.
