Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured multiple people at US 59 in Nacogdoches, TX on September 18th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 8:35 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 61-year-old South Padre Island man reportedly failed to yield at a stop sign intersection, colliding with the side of a Ford F-150 operated by a 34-year-old Nacogdoches man. A 3-year-old child in the vehicle suffered serious injuries. 59-year-old Griselda Barbosa Valerio and 33-year-old Apolonio Barbosa suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured.
