What Happened

Waco Police are investigating a crash that killed a woman at South 3rd St in Waco, TX on September 17th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. Investigators allege a Chevrolet Camaro operated by 19-year-old Norman Nyamandi lost control and struck a parked vehicle before overturning. A passenger in the vehicle, identified as 19-year-old Hannah Johnson, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Nyamandi currently faces a charge of Intoxication Manslaughter.  Additional information was not immediately available.
