Police say the incident happened around 2 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota Corolla operated by 23-year-old Hannah Smith was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed before it collided with a Toyota Tundra. The impact caused the vehicle to spin and strike a nearby concrete barrier wall, leaving Smith with serious injuries. The Tundra driver was not injured.
