Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcycle operator at Memorial Dr in Houston, TX on September 11th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 8:53 p.m. According to investigators, a Subaru Outback is alleged to have performing a southbound turn onto South Piney Point on a flashing yellow turn arrow. At the same time, a motorcycle was headed eastbound on Memorial Dr, allegedly at a higher rate of speed than the posted speed limit. Officials say the two vehicles collided, the impact leaving 22-year-old motorcyclist, Heba Issa, fatally injured. Additional information was not immediately available.
