Police say the incident happened around 3:54 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 60-year-old Portland, TX man reportedly failed to control its speed and collided with the rear of a Ford F-150 operated by 46-year-old Henry Enrique Cervantes. Cervantes suffered minor injuries. The truck driver was not injured and charged with Failure to Control Speed.
