Area authorities have revealed the name of the person killed in a crash at I-10 in Jefferson County, TX on August 3rd, 2022.  Officials say the incident involved a Chevrolet SUV headed westbound on I-10 allegedly performing an unsafe lane change and colliding with a Mack truck. After the collision, the SUV was pushed from the road into a ditch before it struck a guardrail and overturned. The driver of the SUV, identified 74-year-old Herman Toney, suffered fatal injuries in the crash. Additional information was not available for the 6:45 a.m. crash.
