Texas Department of Public Safety officials have information on a crash that killed a driver at River Rd in Comal County, TX on May 4th, 2022. They say it happened around 3:11 a.m. According to their investigation, a Chevrolet Traverse operated by 43-year-old Hilario Nayola was reportedly headed northbound on River Rd when it veered from the road at a curve. The vehicle collided with a tree before going into a spin and coming to a stop in a nearby pasture. The vehicle caught fire and Nayola, who was unable to escape the vehicle, suffered fatal injuries at the scene.
