Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. According to investigators, a GMC pickup operated by 35-year-old Cesar Del Pillar Casillas collided head-on with a motorcycle operated by 24-year-old Hunter Thompson. Thompson was killed in the collision. Casillas was arrested and charged with Intoxication Manslaughter.
