What Happened

Area authorities are investigating a crash that injured a person at Eastex Fwy and Lee Rd in Houston, TX on June 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:39 p.m. A tractor-trailer operated by 38-year-old Osvaldo Valle Gonzalez was on a flyover heading onto N Houston Pkwy when it collided with a Jeep Patriot during a lane change. The driver of the Jeep Patriot, 50-year-old Yolanda Donnise Deason, was not injured. A passenger in the vehicle, 75-year-old Ida Hillsbury Deason, suffered minor injuries. Gonzalez was also not injured.
