Authorities are investigating a crash that injured a driver at FM 1485 in Montgomery County, TX on December 25th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:11 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford F-150 was northbound on FM 1485 before allegedly failing to yield during a turn onto Mexican John Rd. Reports indicate the truck collided head-on with a Chevrolet Silverado in the process, seriously injuring its driver. The driver was identified as 27-year-old Irvin Delgado. A passenger in the Chevrolet had less serious injuries, according to reports. The 47-year-old woman operating the Ford also had less serious injuries and reports indicate a charge of DWI-Intoxication Assault was recommended and/or issued agains the woman.
