Bexar County Sheriff's Office are investigating a crash that killed one person at Hwy 211 near Mansion Bluffs in San Antonio, TX on May 6th, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 4:45 p.m. According to investigators an 18-wheeler was allegedly traveling at an intersection before colliding with a box truck. The impact is said to have caused the driver of the box truck to be ejected from the truck and left the driver, 21-year-old Isaac Talamentes, fatally injured at the scene.
