Reports allege the vehicle exited the parking lot and was attempting to turn left, failing to yield in the process. Police say the vehicle collided with an eastbound Ford Explorer, operated by 51-year-old Isabel Sanchez. Sanchez was seriously injured, reports indicate, while the other driver, who was not publicly identified was allegedly uninjured. Sources show the driver of the BMW was charged with DWI.
