Harris County Sheriff's Office authorities are investigating a crash that killed one person at West Lake Houston Parkway in Harris County, TX on September 21st, 2024. Police say the incident happened around 2:30 a.m. According to investigators, an individual is said to have been standing on the running board of a Chevrolet Silverado that was in motion in an apartment complex. Reports say the individual, identified as Isaia Capelo, somehow fell from the vehicle and struck his head on the pavement.
