What Happened

El Paso police are investigating a crash that killed a person at McCombs St in El Paso, TX on August 20th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:30 a.m. A Lexus EX operated by 22-year-old Isaiah Arenas was headed north on McCombs when it lost control and rolled from the road. Arenas, who is said to not have been wearing a seatbelt, was ejected from the vehicle and died at the scene. Police suspect speed played a factor in the crash.
