Authorities say the incident happened around 1:28 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford E250 was is alleged to have lost control for unconfirmed reasons before entering into a median. There, the vehicle overturned, ejecting a front passenger before coming to rest on a nearby guardrail. The passenger, identified as 20-year-old Israel Gonzalez, was fatally injured. A 21-year-old passenger was seriously injured, reports say, while the 28-year-old driver had alleged minor injuries. Sources indicate a Manslaughter charge was recommended and/or issued.
