What Happened

Montgomery County Police are investigating a crash that killed a motorcyclist at Rose Rd in Montgomery County, TX on December 3rd, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 10 p.m. They say a Harley Davidson operated by an unidentified male believed to be in his 60's reportedly veered from the road at a curve before crashing into a pair of trees. The man, who was wearing a helmet, died at the scene. He was later identified as 65-year-old Ivan Ward. Investigators say they do not believe speed played a factor in the crash.
