Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at  I-20 in Harrison County, TX on September 29th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:19 a.m. A Dodge Ram 1500 operated by 70-year-old Jack Burnett Murphy is accused of colliding with the rear of a tractor-trailer slowing for traffic ahead. Murphy, who was possibly issued a Failure to Control Speed charge, suffered serious injuries. The truck driver, a 51-year-old Minco, OK man, was not injured.
