Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at I-345 and Ross Ave in Dallas, TX on June 14th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 5:40 a.m. A tractor-trailer operated by a 50-year-old Tyler man reportedly performed an unsafe lane change and struck a Toyota 4Runner operated by 66-year-old Jacqueline Elaine Evans. Evans suffered minor injuries in the collision. The other driver was not injured.
