Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at 37th St and Mockingbird St in Orange, TX on March 20th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2:09 a.m. According to investigators, a Toyota 4Runner operated by 25-year-old Jalen Griffin was reportedly headed southbound on 37th St when it veered westbound from the road into a ditch. It then struck a utility pole before continuing southbound and struck a second utility pole. Griffin suffered serious injuries in the collision. Additional information was not immediately available.
