Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that killed a driver at US 70 in Hale County, TX on April 13th, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 12:20 a.m. According to investigators, a Jeep Wrangler operated by 37-year-old James Hart was headed westbound on US 70 when it veered into a barrow ditch.
