What Happened

A motorcyclist was involved in a two-vehicle collision that left a driver dead at FM 2100 in Harris County, TX on January 19th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:17 a.m. According to investigators, a motorcycle operated by 31-year-old James Humphrey was headed southbound at the time. The motorcycle was approaching the intersection with Kingwood Dr as a Chevrolet Silverado towing a trailer was headed northbound at the intersection. As the Chevrolet was turning left, it and the motorcycle collided. Humphrey was killed in the collision. The other driver, a 36-year-old Houston man, was not injured. Authorities have not disclosed additional information.
