Police claim the vehicle traveled between a pair of 18-wheelers before settling into a lane behind an additional 18-wheeler. There in the road, police say was a piece of lumber that was struck the motorcycle. The impact is said to have caused the vehicle to lose control, striking a nearby guardrail and ejection its operator.
