Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a person at Spur 399 in McKinney, TX on January 31st, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 3:44 p.m. According to investigators, a tractor-trailer operated by a 67-year-old Irving man was headed eastbound on Spur 399 approaching the McDonald St intersection. Police say the truck ran a red light and collided with a Dodge Ram operated by 57-year-old James Werner Humbert. Humbert suffered serious injuries in the collision. The truck driver was not injured.
