Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Henrietta Creek Rd in Roanoke, TX on May 26th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 10:46 a.m. According to investigators, a Ford Fusion operated by 46-year-old Jamie Bottoms was westbound on Henrietta Creek Rd at the time. Officers allege the vehicle performed a lane change into a two-way turn lane while attempting to pass another vehicle. In the process it struck a commercial truck passing eastbound, leaving Bottoms with injuries believed to be serious in nature. The other driver was not injured, according to police.
