State Police are investigating a crash that killed a driver at Ronald Reagan Blvd in Williamson County, TX on August 7th, 2023. Police say the incident happened around 8:43 p.m. According to investigators, a Nissan Rogue operated by 72-year-old Janis Walters Metoskie was northbound on Parmer Ranch Blvd as a tractor-trailer headed eastbound on Ronald Regan Blvd. Police say the Nissan may have missed a posted stop sign before proceeding into the intersection, traveling into the path of the tractor-trailer. The vehicles collided, the impact sending the Nissan into a nearby ditch facing upward. Metoskie suffered fatal injuries in the incident.
