What Happened

Police say the incident happened around 8:36 p.m. According to investigators, a Chevrolet C1500 operated by 20-year-old Jarod Dalton was southbound on McCart Ave at the time. Police allege the vehicle was seen traveling southbound in northbound lanes before losing control and veering from the roadway into a nearby tree.
