Texas Department of Public Safety officials are investigating a crash that injured a driver at Tidwell Rd in Houston, TX on January 3rd, 2022. Police say the incident happened around 2 p.m. A Honda Accord operated by 60-year-old Jarvis Wayne Decuir is accused of failing to control its speed before it collided with the rear of a GMC Canyon operated by 71-year-old Leonard Morris. Morris was uninjured while Decuir reportedly suffered serious injuries. Police indicate that Decuir was issued a charge of DWI.
