San Antonio Police are investigating a crash that injured a man and teen at Shane Rd and Villamain Rd in San Antonio, TX on November 30th, 2021. Police say the incident happened around 11:45 p.m. A vehicle crossing over railroad tracks is said to have lost control at a curve ahead and instead continued straight into the wooded area ahead. It then crashed into a tree and the driver was hospitalized with serious. 19-year-old passenger, Jasmine Casiano, was extricated from the vehicle and hospitalized in critical condition.She later died from her injured. The driver, 45-year-old Ernest Rodriguez, was later charged, according to reports, with Intoxication Assault. The charge was later upgraded to Intoxication Manslaughter.
